What is WrenchTime?
WrenchTime is the supply-side acquisition engine built by FiXiFi.Ai. We work with letting agents, landlords, and property managers across the UK to dispatch reactive maintenance jobs to verified local contractors.
Unlike traditional job boards, WrenchTime doesn't charge contractors. You receive 100% of the job price. We monetize the landlord and agency side of the marketplace — not the tradesman.
Who is Bob?
Bob is our automated AI dispatch engine. When a maintenance job is reported — whether it's an emergency pipe leak, a boiler fault, or a broken lock — Bob matches it to the nearest qualified contractor and pings them via WhatsApp with the full job specification:
- Job type and description
- GPS-accurate location
- Ready-priced quote (no haggling)
- Accept or decline with a single tap
Bob operates 24/7. He doesn't take breaks, doesn't forget, and doesn't play favourites. The fastest contractor to accept gets the job.
How It Works for Contractors
- Step 1: Enter your UK mobile number on wrenchtime.app.
- Step 2: WhatsApp opens automatically with a message to Bob.
- Step 3: Bob verifies your details conversationally — your name, trade, service area, and insurance.
- Step 4: Once verified, jobs start coming through to your WhatsApp immediately.
There are no apps to install, no login portals to remember, and no subscriptions. Everything runs inside WhatsApp — the app you already use every day.

WrenchTime collects your phone number to connect you with our AI dispatch service via WhatsApp. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your phone number is stored securely and used solely for job dispatch and communication via Bob.
Data is retained in accordance with UK GDPR. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@maintenance-desk.co.uk.
Terms of Service
By using WrenchTime, you agree to receive job dispatch notifications via WhatsApp from Bob (AI Dispatch). WrenchTime is a free service for contractors — we charge zero platform fees. Jobs are dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis. WrenchTime and FiXiFi.Ai are not liable for the quality of work performed by contractors or disputes between contractors and property owners.
